Steel Component Transportation

The freight company contacted by our agent is responsible for all transportation matters from China to the customer’s port. We have chosen both conventional containers and open-top containers for our customers. Conventional containers carry steel beams, and open-top containers carry cranes and purlins.

Pre-Assembly of Steel Components

For prefabricated steel buildings, pre-assembly is a very important step.

Before processing, engineers and customers will agree on the final processing drawings. However, processing errors may occur during the processing, which is a very serious problem.
Because when the completed steel components are transported to the construction site, they may face fatal problems that cannot be connected and installed.
Re-work by the customer for secondary processing and modification will again incur a large amount of costs and will also delay the construction period.

However, many steel structure suppliers will omit the pre-assembly process because this will shorten the delivery cycle. This is why there are installation accidents during the construction of steel structure buildings every year.

QHHK regards pre-assembly as a key link, and we will strictly implement it regardless of the size of the project. Only if there are no problems with the pre-assembly will we carry out other work such as painting.
