This large-scale transnational pipeline project in Africa spans from the Kabale region of Uganda, traversing through both Uganda and Tanzania, and concludes at Tanzania's Tanga Port. The project achieves SA3.0 surface preparation standards, with welds, edges, and surface defect zones meeting the highest international P3 specifications. It meticulously implements European-standard welding techniques, including horizontal welding, vertical welding, single-sided welding with double-sided formation, pipe-to-pipe butt welding, and multi-layer multi-pass welding, ensuring precision across all critical engineering phases.
This project adopts a detachable bridge mode, which is assembled through modular assembly to flexibly assemble the bridge deck width according to the installation distance. The total weight of the project is 1500 tons, and the main components are double web H-steel and multi spliced H-steel, achieving high precision, high welding, high flatness, high tolerance requirements, and implementing the standard execution of American standard processes (welding, surface treatment, precision grinding, sharp angle blunting, etc.).
This project utilizes internationally standardized materials and manufacturing techniques, with production strictly adhering to relevant international standards.
To ensure installation accuracy, all column-beam positioning plates and double-end-plate beams undergo end milling processes. The flange gap between beams and columns is controlled within 0.3mm, defect preparation grade complies with P2 standards, and pull-out tests are conducted for each batch of components before shipment. Our welding techniques demonstrate international standards through various methods including horizontal welding, vertical welding, single-side welding with double-side formation, multi-layer multi-pass welding, and pipe-to-pipe butt welding.
The construction area of this project is 29835.61 square meters. Its length, width, and height are 175 meters by 158 meters by 19.5 meters respectively.
The project is located in Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province, including 1# assembly workshop, paint warehouse, packaging warehouse and loading and unloading area of four monomers, with a total construction area of 7390.86 square meters, mainly producing industrial tires. The overall appearance of the project is dark gray, and the roof is Marine blue, which is beautiful and atmospheric.
The project is located in Tengzhou City, Shandong Province, with a construction area of 9698 square meters. The first floor is reinforced concrete frame structure and the second floor is light steel structure. The project length is 76.5m. With a total span of 147m and a height of 12.05m, the project is an important backbone enterprise of the glass industry chain in Zaozhuang City, which optimizes the subsequent industrial structure and commissions the industrial level It is of great significance.
